CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Trial Subscription:

You may cancel your trial subscription at any time by emailing our support team on [email protected] giving 3 DAYS NOTICE to cancel your account.

You must cancel your subscription before your renewal date in order to prevent any charges on your account. Billifier.io does not offer refunds if the account is not closed in time and please note, the only way to end your trial and avoid charges on your account is by contacting our team with 2 days notice.

Subscription:

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing our support team on [email protected] giving 7 DAYS NOTICE to cancel your account.

As a new user, you may cancel your monthly subscription and request a full refund within your first 14 days of joining the subscription for the first time on a monthly subscription only, this is our money-back guarantee. This excludes new users joining on an annual subscription. Outside of your first 14 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can still cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

Existing or returning users, who have joined again, may cancel their subscription via the same methods as mentioned above, however, payment will not be eligible for a refund, you will continue to have access to the platform until your cancellation takes effect on the day or so before your next billing date. For annual subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time, meaning it will not renew after the initial 12 months. We do not offer refunds on annual subscriptions.

If you have signed up to the monthly subscription and would like to switch to an annual subscription, our team will be happy to help transfer this for you. Please allow at least 3 days prior to your monthly billing date for us to process the change from a monthly to annual subscription in time. Switching from an annual subscription to monthly subscription is not possible during your first 12 months, however if at the end of your 12 month subscription you would prefer to pay monthly instead, our team can happily help you with this.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Third-Party Apps

Billifier.io provides access to third-party applications via the App Marketplace for your convenience. These applications are developed and maintained by third parties, not by Billifier.io. By choosing to download or use any third-party app, you acknowledge and agree that Billifier.io is not responsible or liable for any issues, damages, data loss, or other consequences arising from the use of such apps. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party apps before use.

SUPPORT TEAM

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before seeking assistance from the Billifier.io Support Team ("Support Team"). By contacting the Support Team, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Responsibility:

1.1. Billifier.io Support Team provides guidance and advice to users ("Users") on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their Billifier.io accounts ("Accounts").

1.2. Users acknowledge and agree that the Support Team does not have the authority to make changes to or directly modify any aspects of their Accounts.

2. Advisory Nature of Support:

2.1. The Support Team shall provide recommendations and suggestions to Users to assist them in resolving issues or improving their Account experience.

2.2. Users understand and accept that any advice or guidance provided by the Support Team is solely for informational purposes and does not guarantee a specific outcome or resolution.

2.3. Users are responsible for independently implementing any suggested actions or solutions provided by the Support Team, and the Support Team does not assume liability for the consequences arising from such implementation.

3. Limitations on Support:

3.1. The Support Team's primary role is to offer assistance and share knowledge. While every effort will be made to provide accurate and reliable information, the Support Team does not guarantee that all queries can be resolved or that all advice will be error-free.

3.2. The Support Team does not provide assistance with matters outside the scope of Billifier.io or unrelated to Account-related issues.

3.3. The Support Team reserves the right to refuse or limit support if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User's request falls outside the intended scope of the Support Team's services.

4.1. Users acknowledge that the Support Team consists of knowledgeable individuals who are not professional service providers or experts in all domains.

4.2. For complex or specialized issues, Users are encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals or consult relevant documentation and resources.

5. Account Security:

5.1. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their Account login credentials and ensuring that their Accounts are protected against unauthorized access.

5.2. The Support Team will not request or require User passwords or other sensitive Account information. Users should exercise caution and avoid sharing any confidential or personal information with the Support Team.
